I Am Not A Christian

I don't believe in Christianity. Religion is man-made, and everything man-made is flawed and doomed for destruction. God is not someone I believe in, God is someone I live my life for in every way possible. The only reason I've handed my life over to Him is because He's my creator, He gave me hope, and I'm self destructive and He's the only one who knows how to keep me stable.

Christianity has become a curse word. An excuse to have an ego. A delusional effect. When somebody says they're Christian to a mixed audience, two general things happen: the person tries to act more holy, and the people he proclaimed his religion to are alienated by him and get the wrong interpretation of God. It becomes this gigantic mess of miscommunication and alienation, so much to the point that once that word comes out of your mouth it doesn't matter what you've said, you're done. Whatever you say is irrelevant because you've got a prejudice on every syllable you say.

Clarifying moment: I am not ashamed of God. I am not ashamed of His message and what He has done. I'm disgusted however of how badly we as people have put a curse on a word like Christianity. It absolutely infuritates me to my core. Anything that's Christian-endorsed or has the label of Christianity I have to second guess and be more cautious of, as opposed to the secular side of things.

It says in the Bible that this was gonna happen. That don't make it any easier to deal and sort out with.

My Legendary Road Trip

On Monday, April 2007, 6:45 in the morning, Kyle and me officially began our road trip.

It took 5.5 hours to get down there. It was crazy. And we stayed at this one house with catcuses that Kyle used to live at. He had a lot of flashbacks there lol.

Then we got to see Tara again and me and Kyle finally got to meet Megan *IN PERSON!* It was crazy.

And then we ate buffalo burgers. And for some reason Tara decided to slap me with a piece of cheese. And as I was acknowledging that, Megan spit her water that she was drinking at me. That was super crazy.

And then me and Kyle slept in my car, because that's what you gotta do on road trips. It's a must. AND you gotta live off of Taco Bell and other fast food too for the most part. That's what makes a true road trip.

And then to seal the deal, I tried to drive home by reading my directions backwards. It didn't work out too well, because I started going towards San Francisco instead of Sacramento. So we got home an hour late. But it was worth it.

So concludes my 58-hour road trip with Kyle. The only things I regret from this trip is that I spent $120 on gas in the last two days, and I let Kyle have control of the CD player, and he kept putting three songs on constant repeat. Over and over again. And I hope I don't hear those songs for another couple months, or I will go nuts.
