Are you ready to hear something scandalous, insane, and probably unpatriotic? Good, cause you're reading my blog.

We need to love the nation of Iraq. We need to love every single Muslim in existence. We need to love every terrorist that wants to kill us. If we truly want to be Christ's example, this war on terrorism wouldn't be fought with missles and soldiers shooting other soldiers in the Middle East, it would be solved with fruitbaskets and shelters and caring for one another.

Paul was a terrorist. PAUL, the one that wrote half of the New Testament. He went out and killed Christians. Don't Islamic terrorists go out and kill themselves so that hundreds of Americans die? These are the same kind of people! Doing the same kinds of things that we do now!

We look at the Bible and say, things are different now, that was 2000 years ago, we've moved onto different problems now. NO we haven't! We only see our life and their lives in different eyes. We've been consumed with technology, convenience, innovations, evolution, democracy, equality, things that take us into the now, and not what truly is what's happening. We create this world inside reality, and we live in it and expect everybody to live in the same world, or create their own. And then when worlds collide, everybody shuts their eyes and starts shanking anything near them, until we look around and see the bloodied mess we've made. And then we expect that we can learn from our mistakes again by just creating another new world to live in.

Here's my disclaimer on what I just said: I am no example for this. All this just came from this guy Shane Claiborne, a book he wrote called The Irresistable Revolution. Despite your belief on the war or belief in Christianity, you need to hear what this guy has to say. He's got such an undeniable passion about the heart of people. But anyway, this guy inspired me to write all this. And I think that if life were straightforward, we could carry all this out. But it's not. Life's complications are complicated. And we're already deep in this war, with people covering their ears and stuck in the direction they're goin.

This idea is my goal. Not just for war and government. But life. Love is the ultimate weapon that cannot be denied.
